Trearddur Holiday Bungalows - Terms & Conditions of Hire
1.Bookings.Weekly bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday although we can be flexible on this if there is availability.Short breaks normally run Friday to Monday, Monday to Friday and are charged at 2/3 the weekly tariff.
A £75 non-refundable deposit per unit is required to secure all bookings with a value of under £600.Bookings with a value of £600 (generally at peak times) require a £150 deposit
The balance is due 3 weeks before the start date of the holiday.We accept payment by Cheque or Cards (with the exception of American Express) and bank transfer.We recommend that you consider our low-cost insurance which refunds your deposit and relieves the liability for the payment of the balance in most cases.
2.Occupancy Rates.It is a booking condition that the number of people occupying the property may not exceed that stated on your booking form, if the number shown is incorrect or if you need to change the number of people in the party, please notify us.For safety reasons, you are not allowed to exceed the number of people that the accommodation is designed and advertised for.
3.Arrival and Departure.The accommodation is normally ready for arrivals by 3pm.Reception is open until 6pm, after that time check in is at the clubhouse located at the entrance to the site until 11pm. The accommodation should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.Any deviation from these times should be agreed to by reception.
4.Dogs.We welcome well-trained dogs in some of our holiday homes, charges apply – although we don’t accept dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act.Dogs must be treated for fleas prior to your visit.Please keep your dog on a lead and make sure a responsible adult is looking after it.Dogs should not be left unattended in the accommodation.We reserve the right to ask dogs to be removed from the park that are a nuisance or danger to other guestsIt is unacceptable to let your dogs foul the lawns without cleaning up after them.
5.Cots & High Chairs are available to hire.Please request these at the time of booking as we cannot otherwise guarantee availability.Please bring your own bedding for cots.We do not accept any liability for the use of these items, please raise any concerns with the staff immediately.
6The beds will be made up for your arrival, please strip the beds prior to departure.Towels are not generally provided although we do have a small supply for visitors without any.
7.Parking.We’ll do our best to give you a parking space next to your holiday home– but we can’t guarantee this. If you’re planning to bringing an additional car, vehicle or boat, this should not be a problem but you may not be ableto park all outside your accommodation
8Disabled Visitors.Please make sure that we are made aware of disabilities that may affect your stay and ability to access the accommodation.If this is not done, it may be impossible to move you to more suitable accommodation on arrival.
9.Smoking is not permitted in any of our public buildings or accommodation.If extra cleaning and deodorization is required as a result of smoking in the accommodation a £30 charge will be levied.
10.Left Goods.If you leave items in the accommodation when you depart we will do our best to retrieve them for you.However we cannot be held responsible for items not found or damaged.Items will be packaged up and posted to you when we have received the cost of postage.This can be done over the phone with a card.
11.Your Safety.We take Health and Safety very seriously and expect guests to do the same.Please read the notes in the welcome folder and abide by them.Replacements can be obtained from reception for missing folders.Please report anything immediately to reception that you consider to be a danger to yourselves or others.
12.Wi-Fi.We provide limited Wi-Fi free of charge on the holiday park.Unlimited Fibre Broadband is available for a reasonable fee.
13Problems and Complaints.Please let us know if you have any problems during your stay and we will do our best to sort them out asap.Please report them to reception.We ask that repairs other than emergencies are reported during the morning to give us chance to deal with them as it may involve calling out a tradesman.
14.Swimming Pool – This is normally available between Easter and the end of October.The opening hours will be reduced outside of the school holiday periods.
There is no charge for the use of this facility, booking is advisable at busy periods.There is no life guard on duty so to comply with H & S legislation children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.We reserve the right to close the pool at any time it we deem it unsafe for bathers to use.We reserve the right to ask bathers or spectators leave if we consider them to be a danger to themselves or others or if they are causing annoyance to other bathers.
15.Termination of Booking.If any person/persons are deemed to be not suitable to continue with their holiday because of excessive noise, anti social behaviour, damage to property, abusive or threatening behaviour we reserve the right to terminate any booking without refund.
16Cancellation.We offer an inexpensive cancellation insurance scheme. Cancellation because of serious illness, sickness, redundancy or death.A full refund will be made less the insurance premium and a £20 cancellation fee.
Cancellation for other reasons will be refunded in full (less £20 cancellation fee) if cancelled 28 days before the start date of the holiday.Holidays cancelled between 7 and 28 days before the start of the holiday will have the balance of payment refunded less £20 cancellation fee.Cancellations made within seven days of the start of the holiday will not be refunded
